GoLogic

UX/UI

As Fractional Head of Design at GoLogic, I led the end-to-end development of the brand, UX/UI, and product strategy to position the company as a trusted yet agile logistics intelligence platform. Starting with a competitive audit and internal discovery workshops, I helped clarify GoLogic’s positioning, customer personas, and core product flows. Cross-functionally, I worked alongside engineering and product to prioritize roadmap features and accelerate handoff, ultimately reducing design-to-dev time by 30% and helping secure early enterprise traction.

Challenge

The core challenge at GoLogic was transforming a broad, ambitious vision into a focused, usable product. The team aimed to create an all-in-one SaaS dashboard for entrepreneurs and early-stage founders—a centralized hub where users could track finances, manage to-dos, schedule meetings, and stay on task through a gamified experience. While the value proposition was strong, the initial scope was overwhelming and lacked clarity around what problem to solve first. My role involved narrowing this vision into a cohesive user journey, identifying the highest-impact workflows, and designing an experience that balanced utility with motivation. The goal wasn’t just to build another productivity tool—it was to create a behavior-shaping platform that helped founders operate with clarity, consistency, and momentum.

Objective

The mission was to build an accessible, cloud-based platform offering AI-driven video editing, green screen removal, and text-to-video generation. By integrating machine learning into an intuitive interface, Edbost aimed to empower creators without technical expertise.

Results

The objective was to design a focused, engaging platform that empowered early-stage founders to run their businesses with greater clarity and discipline. By combining essential tools—financial tracking, task management, meeting scheduling—into a single, intuitive dashboard, the goal was to reduce tool fatigue and help users stay organized. Layering in gamification aimed to boost accountability and motivation, turning daily operations into a rewarding, habit-forming experience that supported both business growth and personal momentum.
