Challenge

Barbershops operate in a fast-paced, service-driven environment where downtime means lost revenue. Many relied on inconsistent supply chains, generic low-quality products, and outdated ordering systems. The challenge was to position APEX as a premium, dependable brand that could not only meet sanitation standards but also streamline procurement for both independent shops and large distributors—while competing with entrenched industry leaders like Sanek.

Create a brand identity that communicates APEX’s premium quality and commitment to elevating sanitation standards in the barber industry. Design packaging that stands out on both retail shelves and in professional supply catalogs—clean, modern, and functional for quick shop use. Develop a web presence that seamlessly serves both wholesale and retail buyers, with a clear product story, streamlined ordering, and scalable e-commerce infrastructure.

Results

Launched APEX Barber Supply with a cohesive brand system, premium packaging, and a conversion-focused e-commerce site. Secured initial wholesale partnerships with beauty and barber supply distributors, while establishing a direct-to-consumer presence through Amazon FBA. The brand’s elevated design and messaging positioned APEX as a credible alternative to industry incumbents, driving early sales traction and opening the door to expanded product lines.
